• Leverage best practices to design and implement robust solutions that meet client needs.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Own and deliver assigned tasks or specific project tracks on time, escalating issues when necessary.
• Lead by example, guiding team members through technical challenges and fostering collaboration.
• Mentor junior developers and share expertise through workshops, documentation, and code reviews to uplift team capabilities.
• Interface directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver the best technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience in creating campaigns using AJO.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe products including Target, Forms, Analytics, Audience Manager, Magento, Campaign, and working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (Sites, Assets).
• Strong development, documentation, and debugging skills at all levels—unit, system, integration, and performance testing.
• Ability to lead a small remote or offshore team using Agile principles, ensuring error-free delivery of technology components.
• Assist in the technical design and architecture of solutions, applying object-oriented design principles and Adobe best practices.
• Contribute to task estimation, project planning, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
• Help define and implement development architecture with CI/CD principles.
• Independently interface with client technical teams and business stakeholders throughout design and implementation phases.
