Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage AEP schemas, datasets, and data flows to build unified, actionable customer profiles.
  • Implement and maintain data ingestion pipelines for real-time and batch data sources.
  • Develop and deploy API-based audience creation and activation using AEP RT-CDP.
  • Automate audience workflows and enable real-time data synchronization across downstream marketing and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to design scalable REST API integrations for audience delivery and engagement.
  • Design and operationalize event-driven customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Decisioning (AJO-D) capabilities.
  • Configure decision rules, eligibility logic, and offer hierarchies to support personalization and targeting strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy standards, and internal compliance frameworks.
  • Document technical solutions, integration blueprints, and operational workflows to support platform scalability and maturity.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementation and operations.
  • Proven expertise in Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) configuration, profile activation, and audience management.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO / AJO-D) — journeys, offers, and decisioning.
  • Proficiency with Adobe I/O, REST APIs, JSON, and XDM schemas.
  • Understanding of data governance, identity resolution, and customer data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Workfront, AEM, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
