The Adobe Experience Platform Consultant will play a vital role in guiding clients and developers in the configuration, coding, testing, and deployment of Adobe Experience Platform solutions, with a primary focus on Adobe Data Collection, Unified Profile, Journey Optimizer, Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), and Journey Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements, designing and implementing AEP solutions tailored to their needs.
- Develop and implement AEP solutions, including configuring capabilities for data ingestion, data modeling, segmentation, personalization, and integration with other systems.
- Assist clients in defining and executing their data strategy, encompassing aspects of data collection, data management, and data governance practices.
- Build and configure data models, data schemas, and mapping of classes, field groups, identities, and attributes within AEP.
- Apply data quality rules and validate data to ensure its integrity and usability within the platform.
- Leverage AEP’s APIs and SDKs to stream data from various application connectors, ensuring smooth data integration and processing.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and a deep understanding of their evolving business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of AEP-based projects, meeting client expectations and project deadlines.
Required Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in database management, data engineering, or data management solutions.
- Proven experience in implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or similar customer data management platforms.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data integration, and data governance.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, APIs, SDKs, and Adobe Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data governance, data integration, and the use of customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time.
- Clear and effective communicator, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
