Technical / Functional Skills
- Experience on 5+ Years on Adobe experience in supporting custom AEM components, Templates, Dialogues, Widgets and Workflow
Troubleshooting AEM related issues
- Experience troubleshooting Vue JS and java Springboot
- Knowledge on automating Maven deployments for CI/CD pipeline
- Experience with AEM integration with following Adobe Target, Dynamic Media/Scene7, Adobe Analytics, Aprimo DAM
- Expert in existing applications supporting the business area
- Hands on to triage issues in Adobe AEM Tool and its integration layer.
- Experience in defining Taxonomy based on business specifications and client operations.
- Experience on content tagging, automated tagging, tuning tags, and cleaning tagged data sets.
- Experience with most Image and Video file formats, conversions, advantages and limitations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and presentation tier dynamics utilizing Rest calls from JavaScript.
- 8+ Java experience with expertise in Java spring boot will be an added advantage.
- Good to have experience on Rest API standards including the API documentation using Swagger UI.
- Should have worked on SVN, GitHub, and Continuous Integration environment like Jenkins.
- Should have Retail domain experience to understand the business requirement.
- Skilled in coordinating with teams of at least 3 offshore members
- Experience in Cloud Technologies will be added Advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain AEM author, preview & publish instance on Adobe cloud
- Maintaining existing templates and creating new ones (when existing templates cannot be reused/extended) with a goal to increase reusability
- Monitor and resolve production issues. Monitor site logs for alerts, logs, notifications, exceptions etc. and follow up for remediation with respective teams
- Maintain and update platform (environments) to latest jar versions
- Cloud manager management including CI/CD pipeline, CDN
- User management through Adobe cloud manager
- Define, document and manage caching across various layers
- Monthly monitoring with Security Scans
- Work with DevOps to identify, recommend, define, and configure key indicators for respective monitoring across
- Analyze current measurement KPIs, identify gaps and propose KPI optimization
- Should have handled Production support issues and experience in communication process on issues to business and tech stakeholders and crisis issue management experience
- Understanding on production support SLA guidelines and experience in Onshore-Offshore model
- Participating in requirement gathering sessions
- Provides management with timely communication on status & Utilizes appropriate tools and/or develops custom solutions as required to meet objectives.
- Identifies areas for process improvement.
- Collaboratively and effectively diagnoses, troubleshoots and remediates incidents and problems to support the end user community
- Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must
