Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates.
  • Adhere to strong coding standards to ensure efficiency, readability, and reusability of code.
  • Develop AEM templates and components using the latest AEM software releases.
  • Design, develop, and support AEM components, integrations, and applications.
  • Integrate Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM (experience with Adobe Target is a plus).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital solutions.

 

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years in J2EE programming.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe AEM (6.x), including Sling, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, JCR, and OAK.
  • Proficiency in developing AEM components and integrations.
  • Experience designing and implementing web content management systems in large corporate environments.
  • Solid understanding of web and application servers (e.g., Apache, Tomcat).
  • Familiarity with open-source technologies and experience building, deploying, and supporting internet-facing applications.
  • Expertise in secure coding practices, as well as RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
  • Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.
  • Proficiency in source control and build tools (Git, BitBucket, Maven, Jenkins).
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.

 

Additional Skills (preferred)
  • Experience with Adobe Target is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in estimating work and managing complex development environments.
