Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Administrator with a strong background in Active Directory and exceptional troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing and supporting Windows-based environments and a proven ability to resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, organizational units, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows servers, Active Directory, and associated technologies.
  • Provide effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.
  • Manage Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Implement and maintain security policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational requirements.
  • Ensure regular backups are performed, and recovery procedures are tested and documented to safeguard data integrity.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
  • Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support project initiatives, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.

 

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator with a strong focus on Active Directory management.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows environments and Active Directory.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are preferred.
