Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and features using JavaScript, including Ajax API calls for seamless integration.
• Create and optimize Excel macros and reporting solutions to facilitate data analysis and decision-making.
• Utilize advanced SQL skills to write functions, stored procedures, views, and implement pivot logic to support complex data requirements.
• Leverage experience with Accolade or similar PPM tools to manage project portfolios effectively.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and data processing tasks.
• Utilize strong analytical thinking to identify issues, troubleshoot, and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a developer with a strong focus on JavaScript, SQL, and PPM tools, particularly Accolade.
• Proficient in JavaScript, including experience with Ajax API calls.
• Advanced SQL skills with a strong understanding of writing functions, stored procedures, views, and pivot logic.
• Experience with Excel macros and reporting techniques.
• Proficient in Python scripting for automation and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address complex challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in a project management or portfolio management context.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
