We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Tester to ensure our web applications and digital content meet ADA, Section 508, and WCAG 2.0/2.1 standards. You will use accessibility tools and assistive technologies to identify and remediate accessibility issues across various platforms and documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accessibility testing on web apps, documents (PDFs, Excel, PPT), and digital content using tools like WAVE, Axe, and screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0/2.1, ADA, and Section 508 standards.
• Test across major browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE) and ensure proper keyboard navigation, focus management, and input controls.
• Report defects, track remediation efforts, and create test case documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve accessibility issues and improve product quality.
• Provide daily/weekly status reports and testing metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG 2.0/2.1, Section 508) and testing tools (WAVE, Axe, CCA).
• Knowledge of screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) and assistive technologies.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices (ARIA attributes, HTML5 semantics, data tables).
• Strong QA skills, test case execution, and defect reporting.
• Basic debugging skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Accessibility certification (e.g., CPACC, WAS) is a plus.
