Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee a complex book of business composed of multiple 340B Programs and maintain active and positive communications with business customers.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert to drive 340B program optimization opportunities.
  • Maintains and strengthens client relationships by providing required services that meet the client’s needs.
  • Provide program activity summaries and host regular meetings. 
  • Time Management, Collaboration, Follow-Up, and Follow-Through
  •  Participates in the client’s audit process and provides support on-site or remotely.

 

Requirement
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve problems.
  • Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
  • CRM Tool Experience, Microsoft Office, Intermediate Excel, Excellent Spoke and Written Communication Skills, Soft Sales, Issue Resolution.
  • Should Be able to communicate effectively with Medium to High-Level Executives in the healthcare space regarding 340B program details from general program performance to HRSA Audit support activities. 
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare, PBMs, and 340B preferred.
