Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Configure and optimize Cash Management and Payments processes.
- Design and manage integration with banks for payment disbursement files across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local banking standards.
- Lead and collaborate with bank, business and technical teams to develop and test payment file formats (ISO20022, SWIFT, ACH, etc.).
- Work closely with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment processing and bank integrations.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 + years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant, with at least 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion)
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Hands-on experience with bank integrations for payment disbursement in multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with payment file formats (ISO20022, SWIFT MT/MX, ACH, BACS, etc.).
- Knowledge of multi-currency and multi-country payment setups.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
